How do I book La Villa René Gabriel?
Bookings are made exclusively by phone, by email, or via our contact form available on our website.</br> Direct online booking is not possible.
Can the Villa be rented for a private event?
Yes, La Villa René Gabriel can host certain private events (birthdays, small receptions, photoshoots, etc.).</br>All requests are subject to prior approval, and a personalized quote will be provided based on your project.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by bank transfer and credit card.</br> Checks are not accepted.
When do I need to pay the balance of my reservation?
The balance must be paid 60 days before your arrival.
What is the security deposit amount and how is it paid?
A security deposit is required and varies depending on the service booked.</br> The deposit is paid by bank transfer before arrival. The exact amount will be specified at the time of booking.
What are the cancellation conditions?
All cancellations must be notified in writing. Depending on the cancellation date:<br /> <ul> <li>More than 60 days before arrival: the deposit will be refunded.</li> <li>Less than 60 days before arrival: the full stay is due.</li> </ul>
Does the Villa offer cancellation insurance?
Currently, we do not offer integrated cancellation insurance.</br> We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance with your usual provider.
Is the tourist tax included in the price?
No tourist tax is applied.

What personalized services do you offer?
We offer on-demand a wide range of personalized services: private chef, personal trainer, beauty treatments and massages at home, private transfers, and much more to make your stay unforgettable.
What facilities are available on-site?
La Villa René Gabriel offers a movable floor swimming pool, a private padel court, a basketball court, a TV room, a gym, and a private lake.
Is cleaning included in the price?
For exclusive Villa rentals: end-of-stay cleaning is included, only cleaning during the stay may be offered at extra cost.
Are pets allowed?
In order to maintain the comfort of all our guests and the villa's high standards, pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Arrival & Departure
How is the key handover done?
Keys will be handed over personally by our team upon your arrival.</br> We will arrange your arrival time together prior to your stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.</br> We will organize your welcome to make it as smooth as possible.
Are there any restrictions (parties, events, maximum number of guests)?
The villa accommodates up to 14 people maximum. Festive events are subject to prior approval.</br> Strict noise restrictions are applied to preserve the tranquility of the property and its surroundings.
Is the Villa suitable for children?
Yes, La Villa René Gabriel is family-friendly.</br> However, due to the swimming pool, the lake, and sports equipment, extra vigilance is required for children's safety.
